Application of Ceramic Fiber Products
Ceramic fiber products are widely used in high temperature furnaces, heat shields, expansion joints, gaskets, etc.
They are ideal for acoustical insulation, sealing, stress relieving, fire protection, and so on.

Manufacturing Process
Alumina and high purity silica are mixed together and melted at 1926℃. The molten substance is sheared and then attenuated into fibers. After that, a binder is added and the mixture is cured in the curing oven. The preformed fiber is then cooled and sawed to make the final high quality ceramic fiber products. Further treatment of the fiber product could also be conducted.

Arc Furnace
Our ceramic fiber production line uses high quality arc furnace to melt the raw materials. The molten raw materials are then poured into forming molds.

Curing Oven
Our curing oven has obtained patent. The pretreated wool is cured in the curing oven. In the meantime, additives could also be added selectively, so as to produce ceramic fiber board and blanket, etc.

Cutting Machine
Our ceramic fiber production line uses cutting machine to cut and saw formed products into desired dimension.

Blanket Rolling Machine
Blanket are rolled into a bundle on this machine.

Packaging Machine
The finished products are packed for delivery or shipment.

Blanket Stitching Machine
With the help of blanket stitching machine, blanket could be strengthened with glass fabric or wire mesh. The processed blanket enjoys higher strength.

Pipe Rolling Machine
Pipe section of ceramic fiber could be manufactured through using pipe rolling machine.
